| The Enhanced system includes all
Basic system features plus additional
driver-oriented functionality. Specifically,
the Enhanced system |

Illuminates the low tire pressure
telltale when one or more tires
is under inflated, (at 25% less
than the recommended vehicle placard
pressure)

Is capable of multiple warning levels
(under and over inflation) and rapid
air loss detection

Illuminates the TPMS malfunction
indicator telltale if a system problem
arises

Automatically learns new sensor
identification codes and tire positions
- Automatically locates or identifies
the location of the under inflated
tire(s) in as little as 10 seconds
from ignition turn-on
- Does not require a handheld
tool to reconfigure the system
when tires are rotated or when
a new sensor(s) is added to the
vehicle

Ensures through sophisticated software
and analysis that the driver is
warned only when needed
- Complies with global tire standards.
(TRA, ETRTO and JATMA diagrams)
The Enhanced system with the introduction
of initiators can provide greater system
diagnostics and also can provide additional
